What grinds my gears the most is the hypocrisy in people who get away with it simply because they are soft-spoken.

E.g. I am the more outspoken, angry and hot-headed guy in the group. I can look scary, but at least it’s pure honesty. And I try my best.

The soft-spoken ones? They hurt others. But they get away with it because others think they’re always innocent.

Truly, hypocrisy comes when emotions are high and cowardice take over.
