To add to the idea that it boils down to you: You know what to do. You know this shit. Deep down you do. I know you do.

I find that we all have the answers. Our hearts are tugging at it.

But the voices in our heads drown it out instead thanks to distractions and bullies from the world.

Then we end up doing something else, nay, living someone else’s path.

You know this shit deep down man. Just do it.

I finally listened to myself and went for therapy to deal with my anger issues. Before that, all I did was read blogs for fear of being stigmatized if people knew I had to seek professional help.
