I used to tell myself things like how I was no different from a murderer. That I was a criminal within. That I belonged in jail. That I was evil.
All because I was pissed off all the time.
All of that is untrue. They were lies I told myself.
So stop lying to yourself. As long as you stay out of trouble, you’re fine.
You can slowly deal with your shit then.
Don’t overthink it.
