You’re paid in crypto based on the number of votes you get. A person who has invested in Steem i.e. bought more Steem and put it in his a/c, his vote is stronger and more valuable.

So to make good money there, you have to have to get the right votes, not more votes, the right votes.

It’s definitely new and a flawed platform.

Regardless, as with life, there is no easy path to getting paid to do what you love. It’s all about consistency and building yourself up slowly. I did that. And I happen to like the community there.

Go in and expect overnight big bucks and you’re going to be sorely disappointed.
