I once knew a shiny person who would read up on the Olympics or World Cup every time the season hits just so he could fit it. He didn’t give a shit about sports whatsoever. He’d repeat the exact, same piece of news he read and vomit it out to others.

I found that pathetic. That’s not keeping up to trends. That’s being fake, patronizing and insecure as hell. Great article
