And I am so angry that I don’t have space to be sad, or depressed.
Both are ways to escape each other. They’re rather effective.
I guess, if you think about it, it’s about truly getting uncomfortable so you can stop feeling the shitty-ness anger or sadness brings.
But it doesn’t have to be about choosing one side.
Maybe just get uncomfortable all the by doing shit that makes you really grow.
Travel to a new place.
Learn a new skill.
Talk to your crush.
Read a book and dump social media.
Stuff like that.
Then maybe uncomfortable becomes a disciplined state and before you know it, you can’t stop growing.
