I am 33, single and have no intention of settling down yet.

I get the occasional baffling looks from friends who think that I need to get married ASAP.

But more so, I get people who want to live through me vicariously.

And it’s all because they’re not happy with their marriages. They don’t have to say it. I can sense it.

It boggles my own mind why sing praises about marriage when they’re like cheating on each other and shit.

And then they keep asking me about my “high life” where I get to party, get drunk and flirt with women.

I think it’s just a choice. If it makes you happy, just go for it.

I don’t see this article as a culture, age thing though. I just think that writer dude is rude as fuck.
