This is an adage I personally, wholeheartedly believe in.
How one does anything, is how one does everything.
It’s a grand reflection of his attitude and character when it comes to work and life itself.
That said, I never bought into the idea of separating work and personal.
I mean, if someone is an asshole towards you, why would you want to work with them?
Conversely, if someone is absolutely shit at their work, I am certain you’d be averse to wanting to be their friend.
It’s the little things that are the most telling
And you can tell what a person is like from the little things he or she does.
It doesn’t have to a huge, dramatic thing. It’s the little things you see in the way they behave.
How do they treat the waiter?
Do they say please or thank you?
Are they aware that their body language screams, “I am an arrogant douchebag?”
Take note of others and be self-aware ya?
